NETSCOUT Arbor Cloud BYOIP Integration Overview
Worth Knowing
IPv6 and the origin ASN are omitted. Historical network numbers are not stored. Confirm the /24 limit against the current contract.
Searching for the best IP providers? NETSCOUT Arbor Cloud is managed cloud scrubbing for customer networks, including BGP diversion. It can protect a network on its own or signal on-premises mitigation. The published service description routes customer prefixes to the service and returns legitimate traffic over GRE.

Caveats and Gotchas
- The /24 figure comes from the January 2020 service description. Confirm the limit in the current contract.
- An Arbor Edge Defense appliance datasheet is not evidence of Arbor Cloud IPv6 customer-prefix support.
- Automated mitigation signaling is separate from onboarding. Onboarding is provider-assisted.
- NETSCOUT's 2026 acquisition of DigiCert's DDoS and WAF business does not make those historical networks the same contract or the same route origin as Arbor Cloud.
- LOA and ROA prerequisites are not established here. A universal requirement to own an ASN is not established. BGP-capable customer equipment is documented.
