Preparation

  • Create a ROA authorizing Oracle's ASN (31898 or 14544)
  • Obtain a validation token from OCI
  • Add the validation token to your RIR's address range information

Importing CIDR Block

  • Go to OCI Console → Networking → BYOIP
  • Click “Import BYOIP CIDR Block”
  • Enter CIDR details and save

Validation

  • Wait up to 1 day for ROA/token registration
  • Click “Finish Import” in OCI Console
  • Oracle validates and provisions (up to 10 business days)

  • Click “Advertise” to announce the CIDR block
